Tutoring is available as needed. I do not want to sit and wait for students; however, I will make myself available for students that want tutoring. Tutoring is only on an "as needed" basis.

Below are forms that are necessary to complete. If you have already done so, thank you for your prompt attention to the matter. If you have not yet completed these forms as well as the blue card (you can ask your student for this), please do so immediately. It is for the safety of your child and also notification on Southwest Middle School and Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools regarding the Student Code of Conduct.
